Mini Clipdot Blouson Sleeve Mock Neck Skater Dress

I bought this for Valentine's Day and I was so pleased with the fit of this dress. I have large arms and three sleeves were plenty roomy and the wrists were elastic enough that I could push my sleeves up comfortably if I wanted. I felt very cute and got several compliments on it.

I have gotten so many compliments for this seriously cute dress. It was even dubbed my "Miss Frizzle" dress...I love it!

Loved this dress I wore it to a wedding in Florida and I think it was perfect. It even had pockets!!!

Loved the dress but returned due to the neck being tight. It is an elastic neck and is pretty snug when buttoned. I just personally don’t like turtlenecks or anything tight around my neck. Wanted to be able to deal with it because the dress is very cute and flattering but had to return. Still gave it 5 stars because had I been able to deal with the neck I would have kept it.

Love love LOVE this dress! It's so easy to pair with colorful cardigans when it's cold or a chunky belt. I'd say this dress is very ShopMyViolet but toned down a bit and can easily be worn at the office. It is comfortably fitted at the neck and waist, and roomy and flowy at the skirt and upper sleeves. I hate to say it, but I would have given 5 stars but the wrist is horribly designed and shows a lack in understanding from the designers at torrid. I'm plus size, I'm a size 18, I'm busty- but I don't have wrists that are 12 inches around. My thoughts are, if you have an elastic wrist band it should be moderately tight as the elastic can stretch a bit and still be comfortable and appear fitted. My wrist is a solid 6.5 inches around, the opening measures 10 so it hangs off shapelessly. Someone with a 12 inch wrist could wear this and it would be perfectly flattering and fitted. To soap box- it's incredibly frustrating as a plus size person to have brands assume that i have tree trunk ankles/wrists. skinny fit jeans always look like straight legs and fitted wrists always billow.

I'm nonbinary and really like wearing dresses, unfortunately most dresses are designed with a chest in mind so they end up not fitting right. This dress works perfectly with or without a chest making it very queer friendly. The neck is kinda itchy but after wearing it for a couple hours you get used to it. The pockets are a good size and can easily fit a large phone, wallet, and keys with room to spare. Too much stuff in the pockets does make the waistband pull down but that might be only a problem for folks with flat or smaller chests.

I bought this two days ago, it is very pretty and comfortable. I should have bought a bigger size, though. It is cute and perfect for a casual day out.

I loved this dress the minute I saw it and had to run and get it with my Torrid cash. I'm like 5ft nothing and wear between a 1 and 2 depending on the style, cut and fabric of the dress. I was lucky enough to find this at my local Torrid and was able to try both sizes on. Both fit well and I could've gotten away with either size to be honest but I decided to go with the 1 since it fit my body a little better since I have a small chest (40B) and the 2 was just slightly loose there. It hits right at my knee and I can sit comfortably in it with no real pulling or tugging and got to love the pockets. The arms are a tad long for me but it gives a really nice balloon effect which is really pretty. I have to say when I first saw the dress I immediately thought of Rainbow Bright and the old school Anime that I used to watch as a child. The print is fun and flirty and something I can see wearing from spring to fall and being really comfortable in. My one small issue with it is that the neck is a tad on the tight side and could've had a slightly longer neck line since it's elastic. I will probably put on longer loops for the button holes and will enjoy wearing this sweet dress.

I couldn’t wait until this dress went on crazy sale because I wanted to wear it RIGHT NOW. Lol. I’m sorry to read many having issues with the neckline. Thankfully I don’t have that issue but I could see if you have a stronger/thicker neck how this could be an issue. Such a beautiful blue this dress is and with all the colourful stars, it’s something I know I’m going to wear A LOT this year. I paired it with the glitter rosette belt & some star earrings from a few seasons ago. I looovveee the floofy blouson (live for that word) sleeves as well. I got a larger size (0) so the sleeves would be longer and flowy. Perfection! I’m 6’0” and the dress, though a little short, looks great with a pair of snag tights. I also bought the beautiful silver metallic moto jacket which just fits like budda and completes this winter look. I can’t wait until spring! This is going to be such a beautiful Easter ensemble especially with the pink gin fizz moto jacket that I just ordered! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Eyeballed this dress and finally picked it up once torrid cash kicked in. Its such a fun print and I do love the clipdot fabric. I agree with the other reviewer, the neck is a slight closer than I realized but not make or break for me. I also wish it was just an inch or 2 longer, but its still work apprpriate. Hoping to pick up the black one as well. Super cute!
